If you love strawberries and you love gin then you will absolutely love this Strawberry Sour gin cocktail recipe from the team behind our February 2021 Gin of the Month, Seppeltsfield Rd Distillers House Gin.
What’s particularly mouth-watering about this cocktail recipe is that it requires you to infuse your gin with strawberries, essentially making your own strawberry-flavoured gin.
The usual suspects for a Sour cocktail recipe make up the rest of the ingredients for this cocktail, including lemon juice, Simple Syrup and egg whites, which give it that marvellous foam top. A dash or three of Angostura Bitters then add a touch of something deep and herbaceous - a perfect match for the herb, citrus and floral notes of the gin.
You need to mix this up tonight!
