Summer is on it’s way and here at Craft Gin Club, we are dreaming of pink cocktails! This is a pink twist on a classic gin gimlet, using only three ingredients. It's sharp and zingy so if you more of a sweet tooth, use a sweet rosé like zinfandel or add a tsp of simple syrup.

Rosy Gimlet

25ml gin
75ml rosé wine of your choice
25ml lime juice

Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lime twist.
