The Dutch have been enjoying gin and genever on the canals of Amsterdam for almost 400 years, and it seems only right that a new generation of gin lovers join them! In celebration of this amazing city and October’s Gin of the Month: 1689 Gin, we are shaking up this beautiful Mint Tulip! Enjoy!
Mint Tulip
5 mint leaves
30ml gin or genever
15ml apricot liqueur
15ml lemon juice
Tulip petals, to garnish
Muddle your mint leaves in a cocktail shaker. Add ice, gin, apricot liqueur and lemon juice. Shake well. Strain into a coupe or tulip glass and garnish.
