February’s gin comes from the Noble and Usual distillery in France, with key tasting notes and scents of lime and freshly picked flowers. The palate is lively and powerful, carried by citrus, menthol and the spice of cinnamon, cubeb and cardamom. Craft Gin Club members have been loving it, so much so, they’ve been sharing pictures and recipes with us.
