Thatchers Gin Sunrise
Ingredients
275ml Thatchers Cloudy Lemon Cider
25ml gin (Rock Rose Citrus Coastal Edition Gin would be our first choice, but any good London dry will work.)
Apple slices, lemon slices and mint, to garnish
Method
Add ice to a copa glass and pour over your gin and cider. Stir gently, garnish and serve.
