Treat yourself to a special night of Mango Martinis and KETTLE® Thai Sweet Chilli chips, they’re the perfect combo!

The wonderfully fiery and authentically sweet, complex spice flavour of KETTLE® Thai Sweet Chilli potato chips are the perfect match for this delectably fruity, tropical Mango Martini.

With such a richly flavoured snack, and such an exotic, prosecco topped tipple, there is no better way to treat yourself than with this pairing! We recommend using our August 2020 Gin of the Month, Rock Rose Citrus Coastal Edition Gin, for this recipe, as its subtle salinity accentuates the sweetness of the mango and its umami depth adds a rich complexity.

Sparkling Mango Martini

1 mango
50ml gin
Dash of vanilla extract
30ml mango liqueur
1 tbsp lime juice
1 tbsp simple syrup*
Prosecco, to top up

Slice your mango and muddle a wedge in a cocktail shaker. Add the gin, vanilla extract, mango liqueur, lime juice, simple syrup and a generous portion of ice. Shake and strain into a coupe or martini glass. Top up with prosecco and garnish with a slice of mango.

*To make simple syrup combine equal parts sugar and water in a saucepan and heat until the sugar dissolves.
