This Sloe Gin Highball is fabulous autumn tipple!

Each year there comes a strange time around the beginning of autumn when we aren’t quite ready to let summer go yet we are already eager to pull our woolly cardigans around us and cosy up inside. This sloe gin cocktail is the perfect embodiment of that wonderful duality!

Fabulously fizzy, it has those effervescent elements of our favourite summer Spritz cocktail recipes, which we have enjoyed in the garden over the warmer months, yet its deep, rich, sloe gin tones are full of warm winter-berry deliciousness, which are more akin to a well-made Negroni - perfect for sipping by the fire as the weather begins to bluster outside the window. The addition of lemon juice lifts the sloe gin back up with a citrus kick and the sugar syrup gives the cocktail a delightful sweetness. Yum!

We can’t get enough of this tipple here at Craft Gin Club HQ and we know that you will love it too!
