This fabulous cocktail combines gin with Pimm’s No.1 (which is itself a gin liqueur), Campari, sweet vermouth and sparkling wine. Invented by the incredible team at Chemist Spirit’s bar, Antidote, home of our gin-credible July 2021 Gin of the Month, it’s one stunning tipple.
Pimm’s is made using gin, quinine and a range of herbs that work so well with the complex mix of citrus, floral and spice notes of Chemist American Gin. The Campari then complements them both with its own delectable combination of bitter and sweet citrus tones and the white vermouth rounds out all of those flavours wonderfully with its crisp, semi-sweet and herbaceous palate.
Topped off with sparkling wine for a delightful fizz, this cocktail is a mouthwatering combination of everything we love about a Negroni and a Spritz rolled into one.
One sip and you will be hooked…
