Gin Hot Toddy

Method
Bring the cider to a simmer in a small pot, then add the apple juice, cinnamon, bitters and honey.Bring the liquid to a simmer and stir continuously for three minutes. Add the gin, stir and garnish with cinnamon and lemon zest – plus a pine or fir sprig if you have one.
Serve while warm.
Ingredients
50 ml gin
75 ml cloudy apple juice
75 ml cider
3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
3 dashes of orange Bitters
Pinch of Cinnamon
20 ml honey
Negroni
This classic gin cocktail with its dry, rich flavour and warm twist of orange is the perfect preparation for a lovely deep snooze…
Method
In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, stir your ingredients together until blended well. Strain into a rocks glass over a large block/sphere of ice and garnish with an orange zest, to garnish.

25ml dry gin
25ml Campari
25ml sweet vermouth
Orange zest, to garnish

Who doesn’t love a glass of milk before bed? Well this rich and creamy cocktail takes this to next level!
Method
Pour the gin and Kahlua into a short glass and top up with a large helping of cream.
Ingredients
50 ml gin
25 ml Kahlua
cream
Chamomile Martini
Chamomile must be one of the most soothing flavours and smells that there is, and when infused into our Martini recipe it makes for a very stylish bedtime gin tipple.
Method
Put all the ingredients into a cocktail shaker with lost of ice and stir them well.
Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with the spring of time.

50 ml gin
15 ml sweet vermouth
15 ml lemon juice
25 ml of chamomile tea
a spring of thyme for garnish
Divine Flip
Chocolate is the perfect bedtime treat, it’s rich and smooth and luxurious. It works so well in the Divine Flip that was created for Divine’s 20th anniversary by Clementine, our in-house gin expert, and it can be made by our member’s using the contents of their Craft Gin Club March Gin of the Month box! It’s a delicious way to end the day and drift off into a lofty slumber! Here is Clementine demonstrating how it’s done.
Method
Add the gin, egg and sugar syrup to a cocktail shaker and dry shake (no ice). Add ice shake again, strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with lemon and juniper Divine Chocolate.
