As gorgeous to look at as it is to drink, this delicately fruity, zesty pink cocktail is much easier to make than you’d think and is a real crowd-pleaser! A real thirst-quencher, the Cranberry and Lychee Collins is made for hot summer evenings.
Cranberry & Lychee Collins
35ml Nelson’s Gluggle Jug Gin
50ml cranberry juice
25ml lychee liqueur
12.5ml lime juice
Dash of lavender simple syrup (optional)
Dried rose petals or a slice of lime, to garnish
Add a handful of ice to a Collins glass. Pour over the gin, juice, liqueur, lavender simple syrup and lime juice. Stir gently, garnish and serve.
