Summer’s here and if - like us here at Craft Gin Club - you find it hard to choose between an ice-cold G&T or a cool glass of blush-pink rosé wine to quench your thirst, we feel you. So why choose? Here are three easy cocktails that combine both rosé and gin!
Rosé & Gin ‘Rosy’ Gimlet
25ml gin
75ml rosé wine
25ml lime juice
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lime twist.
Mediterranean Kiss
30ml gin
20ml St. Germain
10ml Aperol
10ml fresh lemon juice
Sparkling rosé
Garnish with orange twist
Shake first four ingredients with ice and strain into a glass. Top with sparkling rosé and garnish with an orange twist.
Provence Lemonade
20ml St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur
30ml gin
35ml rosé wine
35ml grapefruit juice
30ml soda water, to top up
Salt and grapefruit wedge, to garnish
Rim a highball glass with salt and add ice. In a mixing jug, combine St-Germain, gin, wine and grapefruit juice. Mix and strain into your glass. Top up with soda water and garnish with a wedge of grapefruit.
