We're mixing Earl Grey tea with Cointreau and gin for this stunning serve!

This Earl Grey tea, Cointreau and gin cocktail recipe is a fun, fabulous martini that’s easy to make at home and oh-so-delicious! We’re whipping up this tea-tastic serve at Craft Gin Club’s Summer Dreaming Masterclass event, but you can get a drool-inducing little preview right here…

Orange and tea cocktail recipe

With its mix of tea and gin, this cocktail is a very English concoction indeed. Every sip will take you to sunny afternoon tea on the lawn with your gin pals, strolls along verdant riverbanks and picnics in luscious meadows.

The gin at the heart of this delightful tipple is The River Test Distillery Chalkstream Gold.

Made on the banks of the River Test, in Hampshire, using crystal-clear chalk-filtered water and Maris Otter barley, along with garden herbs like rosemary and thyme, it’s a deliciously clean and pure London Dry that’s sure to impress any gin fan.

Chalkstream Gold’s clean yet herby palate works so well with the bitter-sweet orange tones of that most famed of triple secs, Cointreau, and together they serve to complement the delicate, floral aromas of Earl Grey tea.

Finish with fresh orange peel, to garnish, and you have a stunning gin, tea and orange cocktail that you will not be able to put down!

With every ticket for Craft Gin Club’s Summer Dreaming Cocktail Masterclass, you get the main ingredients and the full recipe for his gorgeous cocktail plus the ingredients and recipes for three more fabulous gin serves so that you can mix along with the Craft Gin Club team at the masterclass.

The event takes place on Thursday, September 22nd at 7:00 PM. We can’t wait to see you there!
