And who says biscuits are just for tea time, the humble custard cream is the perfect garnish for this gin cocktail!
Bramley Apple Smash
Ingredients
50ml gin
25ml lemon juice
25ml elderflower cordial
25ml Bramley apple sauce
50ml apple juice
6 mint leaves
2 custard cream biscuits, to garnish
Method
Add all the ingredients except the garnish to a jam jar with two cubes of ice, pop the lid on and shake. Add more ice and garnish.
