February’s Gin of the Month is distilled on a little island where two rivers meet and lime trees bloom. This month’s signature cocktail, the Heart of Two Rivers, is inspired by the beauty of this spot. Sweet, fragrant and a little bit tart, it’s the perfect Valentine’s Day tipple!

Heart of Two Rivers

50ml Naud Gin
25ml lime juice
20ml rose syrup
5ml honey
Rose petals and a slice of lime, to garnish

Pack a cocktail shaker with ice and add all your ingredients. Shake and strain into a cocktail coupe, then garnish with rose petals and a slice of lime to serve.
