Cocktails don’t need to be complicated to be delicious! And this super-simple, three-ingredient tipple is an example of just that. Combining one of our favourite flavours for spring - delicate, floral elderflower - with smooth gin and a little sharp, fresh lime to cut through the sweetness, this is a perfectly balanced cocktail that you can make in mere moments.
Using a gently bubbly elderflower presse as the mixer gives the drink a lovely, refreshing layer of bubbles. It’s a fantastic alternative to tonic, if you’re not a fan of a standard G&T or you fancy something different to your usual tipple.
On a hot day, this would be wonderfully refreshing served over mounds of crushed ice, but it’s just as nice without. You could also add a dash of apple juice for the ultimate English sundowner to sip on in the garden. Chin chin!

10ml freshly squeezed lime juice
125ml elderflower pressé
3-4 raspberries or a sprig of mint, to garnish
