Damson Gin & Tonic Recipe

With its medley of sloe and damson berry flavours and its rich juniper base, this utterly gorgeous serve is a true taste of the British countryside.

Let’s start with the gin. For us, it has to be Pennington’s Lakeland Moon Snowfell Gin, Craft Gin Club’s January 2021 Gin of the Month. It has a remarkably crisp, juniper-forward profile that’s elevated by bright touches of citrus and warm spice. All of which, complement the berry flavours in this serve perfectly!

But where do the damson and sloe berry flavours come from in this gin and tonic recipe? Well, that would be the Fever-Tree Damson & Sloe Berry Tonic. Brimming with beautiful berry and plum flavours, all balanced by touches of quinine, it is simply divine!

The lime garnish then adds fragrant green citrus aromas that elevate the whole experience.

All served over lots of ice, this gin and tonic is not to be missed!

You can get the full recipe, along with three other gin-credible cocktails, at Craft Gin Club’s fabulous Summer Dreaming Cocktail Masterclass on Thursday, September 22nd at 7:00 pm - we send you all of the main ingredients, you just have to tune in and mix up your cocktails along with us. We can’t wait to see you there!
