50ml Stranger & Sons Gin
200ml London Essence Bitter Orange & Elderflower Tonic Water
Lemon and Green Peppercorn, to garnish
Fill a highball or copa glass with ice. Add your gin, top with tonic and stir gently. Garnish and serve.
