“It’s my favourite time of the month - @craftginclub delivery day. I rustled up the gin-a-colada cocktail of the month with August’s spirit - Manly Spirits artisan Australian Gin. This small batch distillery is one I have never heard of (it’s what I love about this subscription, discovering unknown beauties!) but I love this sea inspired gin made with sustainably foraged Australian native and marine botanicals. The coconut, pineapple and mango cocktail was delicious but I can’t wait to try this with a light tonic and wedge of fresh lemon. Also hi-5 to whoever designed this bottle, it’s so beautiful it needs to become a lamp base when its finally empty.”
