Sometimes you want dessert, sometimes you want gin.. well at Craft Gin Club we’re here to tell you that you can have your cake and eat it too! This decadent chocolate martini takes all the flavours of a classic campfire treat, the s’more, and mixes it up with gin. Delicious!
Chocolate & Marshmallow S’more Martini
20ml chocolate syrup
3 digestive biscuits, crushed
50ml gin
60ml chocolate liqueur
3 toasted marshmallows, to garnish
Rim your martini glass. To do this, dip the lips of the glass in a saucer of syrup. Repeat this with the crushed biscuits. Add ice, gin and the chocolate liqueur to a cocktail shaker. Shake for 30 seconds. Strain into your rimmed glass, garnish with marshmallows and serve.
