They couldn’t be easier to make and will really take your cocktails to the next level!
Sweet, smooth and rich, this gorgeous cocktail syrup is an elegant alternative to classic simple syrup and is the perfect way to add luxurious caramel flavours to your favourite gin drinks, whether it’s a fruity summer sundowner or a creamy dessert cocktail. You could even use it in your favourite gin-spiked hot chocolate!
Salted Caramel Appletini
Take the flavours of a classic toffee apple and give them a modern twist, with this delicious salted caramel appletini!
Ingredients:
50ml Gin
50ml Apple Juice
10ml Caramel Syrup
5ml Lemon Juice
pinch of salt
Method:
Add all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake well.
Strain into a martini or coupe and garnish with a slice of apple.

Try this decadent twist on a classic White Russian cocktail for a delicious alternative to dessert!
Full of rich creamy notes and deep caramel sweetness, balanced with just a touch of salt. We love this cocktail as an alternative to Eggnog at Christmas, but it is just as tasty and refreshing over lots of ice all year round!
50ml Gin
20ml Coffee Liqueur
10ml Caramel Syrup
30ml Double Cream
Pinch of salt
Add all ingredients in a rocks glass with ice and stir to combine.
