This stunning blackberry rosemary gin sour is the taste of autumn!

Flavours of autumn come together with November 2018’s Gin of the Month 58 Gin to create a delicious, fragrant tipple. Created by 'Cocktail Kate' Meehan, this gin cocktail is stunningly simple to mix up at home. Let the mixology begin!

Blackberry Rosemary Gin Sour

1tbsp blackberry jam
2 sprigs of rosemary
25ml lemon juice
10ml sugar syrup
50ml gin - we used 58 gin
One egg white
Note: For a drier cocktail, add 10ml of vermouth

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker. Fill with ice. Shake hard and fast. Double strain into a cocktail glass, no ice.
