5 dessert-themed gin cocktails to satisfy your sweet tooth!

Variety is the spice of life and here at Craft Gin Club we like to celebrate that mantra everyday when it comes to gin! So for all those gin lovers with a penchant for pud, these 5 dessert themed cocktails will be a real treat!

Limoncello Martini

The “Martini” in martini comes from the Italian Vermouth. Although the traditional martini is meant to use dry vermouth to complement the gin, this recipe employs another, sweeter Italian creation and will cool you off after a big meal.

Method:

Add ice and water to a coupe glass, stir and let stand to chill the glass. Meanwhile combine the gin, lemoncello and ice in a cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Pour our the iced water and strain the cocktail into your chilled coupe glass, garnish with a lemon twist and serve immediately.

Ingredients:

30ml limoncello
30ml gin
lemon twist
Ice

Buttermilk Maple Gin Flip

The use of cream in modern-day Flip recipes is optional whereas an egg, separated whites and yolk, and sugar give the drink its identifiable characteristic. This recipe opts for something creamy, but uses buttermilk instead of double cream, and sugary, but goes for maple syrup for extra sweetness.

Pour the chocolate syrup into a saucer and dip the top of a martini glass into the sauce. Grate some of the Willie's sea salt chocolate into another saucer and dip the coated glass, so the flakes stick to the sauce, creating a chocolate rim!

15ml Amaretto
