Method:

Place all ingredients into cocktail shaker
Shake vigorously
Strain into a chilled coupe
Garnish with a sprig of elderflower

Ingredients:

45ml  Gin
20ml St. Germain Liqueur
15ml freshly squeezed Lemon Juice
1 egg white
Garnish with a sprig of elderflower
