75ml Warner Edwards Honeybee Gin
15ml Vermouth
Dash of orange bitters (optional)
Orange twist, to garnish

Method

Pour all the ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice and stir for at least 15 seconds. Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with orange peel.
