Salted Caramel Pancakes
This deliciously rich caramel is seasoned with Guérande sea salt from the north-western corner of France. It’s spectacular warmed and drizzled over pancakes and waffles. Tip: add a little apple juice to some caramel in a pan for a delicious toffee apple sauce.
