Bertie's Berry

Signature cocktail at our December Gin Joint, the Fence Gate Inn, this BERRY good tipple is just the thing to brighten a dreary winter's day - or cool you down during the sweltering hot summer!

Ingredients:

35ml gin
5ml Chambord
70ml Prosecco
70ml lemonade
 

Method:

1. Combine all ingredients in a tall glass packed with ice, alongside summer fruits – a mix of blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries works best.
2. Garnish with mint and serve.
