This Wild Negroni from Glendalough Distillery is just the thing to make January's Wild Botanical Gin - or your favourite juniper-laden spirit - shine.
Wild Negroni
40ml Wild Botanical Gin
20ml Campari
20ml Sweet Vermouth
10ml Crème de Cassis
Add all of your ingredients to a mixing or serving glass over ice, then stir until the drink is chilled and a bit diluted. Garnish with grapefruit zest and rosemary.
