For April's final Cocktail of the Week, we're going with a delicious concoction that really shows off Tarquin's Rosemary & Thyme Gin at its very best. This ‘dirty’ version of the classic cocktail emphasises the savoury flavours in this gorgeous limited edition. Cheers!

Tarquin's Rosemary & Thyme Martini

50ml Tarquin’s Rosemary & Thyme Gin
10ml Lillet Blanc vermouth
5ml olive brine
2 dashes grapefruit bitters (optional)

Method:

Stir all the ingredients with ice until well mixed and cool. Strain into a Martini glass and garnish with an olive.
